Location: Chelmsford – 13 or half hour shifts (Saturday & Sunday)

The Retail Sales Advisor Role
  • Work within Warren James policies, procedures and processes, contributing to shop and customer care to maximise sales and customer numbers.
  • Create a welcoming environment and deliver one‑to‑one customer experiences.
  • Support visual jewellery displays and a variety of day‑to‑day shop duties.
  • Develop and maintain a good knowledge of our jewellery collections.
  • Set a good example in every aspect of your role.
The Retail Sales Advisor Essentials
  • Display genuine passion for jewellery and customer service.
  • Maintain a smart, well‑groomed appearance that reflects our company’s public image.
  • Work independently with your own initiative.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and follow management instruction.
  • Pay close attention to detail in all tasks.

Jewellery knowledge is not required – training will be provided.
