Overview

Are you looking to make some extra cash this autumn/winter? Do you have what it takes to make the shelves irresistible to shoppers? Do you have a knack for spotting what looks good? At eXPD8, we're looking for a Retail Merchandiser based in Tesco Sleaford in the NG34 7BB area. You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working on behalf of exciting household name brands. Please note that although you will be based in one area, there are work opportunities across a variety of different stores.

About the role

Weekly hours: 10 hours

Shift pattern:

• Sundays 10.00am - 2.00pm
• Tuesdays 10.00am - 1.00pm
• Thursdays 10.00am - 1.00pm

End date: 3rd January 2026

How you\'ll deliver excellence

• You\'ll restock and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• You\'ll set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
• You\'ll know and stick to the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures and health and safety guidance.
• You\'ll provide accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams, via our survey application, as the eyes and ears in the stores!
