Overview

We\'re looking for a Retail Merchandiser based in the Littlehampton area. You\'ll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working primarily within The Entertainer concession within Tesco. There may be opportunities to work across other categories including, but not limited to, Books and Entertainment, Health and Beauty.

This role will primarily be based within the BN17 postcode area.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.
• Implement planograms where provided to maintain merchandising standards and consistency.
• Arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Set up promotional displays and signage to communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to client account teams via the feedback application, acting as the eyes and ears in the stores.
• Move and arrange products from warehouse to shopfloor as needed (manual handling).
• Possess or be willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits (paid extra).
• Be comfortable using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks.
• Have a full UK driving licence and access to a car (bonus).
