We’re looking for a Retail Media Business Development Manager to join the Halfords Retail Media Network team. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about maximising the value of supplier-funded advertising and knows how to get the right messages to the right people at the right time. This is a newly defined role with real influence, giving you the opportunity to shape our strategy and make a measurable impact across Halfords' channels.
Your vision will be to create a data-driven marketplace linking brands (stocked or otherwise) directly to high-intent shoppers, fuelling sustainable incremental revenue for Halfords, and unparalleled customer insights for mutual growth (Halfords & Partner Brand). You’ll be responsible for building and defining the proposition for Halfords with clear commercial targets to achieve and ambitious growth requirements.
You will have access to a 6m strong membership (Halfords Motoring Club) and the wider Halfords Customer base (16m VRN’s and up to 30m UK drivers) and will be the driving force in monetising the non-endemic brand opportunity.
We're looking for someone who understands media, thrives in a fast-paced retail or agency environment and has a passion for sales, strategy and execution. You should be confident building and delivering a pipeline, managing campaigns from concept to delivery, and comfortable working with suppliers, media owners, and internal stakeholders alike.
