Job summary

A popular amusement park in Chertsey is looking for staff in Retail & Fastrack to create unforgettable experiences for guests. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of store presentation. Previous experience in a retail or leisure environment would be an advantage but is not essential. Your role is all about delivering world-class customer service while keeping our units looking their best—maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness for every guest.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist the department in achieving agreed budgetary targets set through joint ownership of units alongside your team and managers.
• Provide world class customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests
• Supporting the department in delivering daily revenue targets
• Ensuring the stores always look well-presented and that processes are being followed correctly, allowing for a safe & successful environment.

Additional Considerations
