Responsibilities
  • Complete a series of placements within your region, progressing at pace and taking on more accountability every 6 months
  • Deal with management issues such as disciplinary and grievances, manage rota planning and holidays
  • Work a rolling rota including weekends, evenings and sometimes late nights
  • Adapt to change, work at pace, be highly organised and motivated by problem solving
  • Train in different areas and continually develop your skills to deliver great results and keep colleagues motivated and engaged
Qualifications
  • Recent graduate who is right for the role (degree not required but graduating in 2026 is preferred)
  • Right attitude and ambition for a bigger, better career (experience in retail or working world is a plus but not essential)
  • Valid driving licence is preferred but not essential
  • Continuous right to work in the UK (conditional upon employment offer)
  • Applicants must not be seeking sponsorship (ASDA does not provide sponsorship for graduate programmes)
Selection Process
  • Short blended personality and numerical assessment
  • Three quick video interview questions
  • A half‑day assessment centre to meet the team and learn more about the programme
  • Successful candidates will join ASDA in September 2026
