Overview

Let’s keep Sainsbury’s Clean. Arcus is recruiting a part-time In Store Cleaner based in Sainsbury’s Leven store on a permanent basis. 9 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.21. Immediate start is available.

Shift patterns

Sainsbury’s stores are open 7 days a week and Arcus offers various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working available. Shifts include early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts with weekend work. Current pattern for this role is:

• Sunday: Day off
• Monday: Day off
• Tuesday: 16:00 to 19:00
• Wednesday: 16:00 to 19:00
• Thursday: 16:00 to 19:00
• Friday: Day off
• Saturday: Day off

You will also have some opportunity to increase your hours through overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning machinery
• Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean
• In-store cleaning of toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or oven canopies as required
• Work outside to keep trolley bays clean and free of leaves and debris
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied

What will you need?

Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on-the-job training will be provided. An eye for detail and cleanliness. A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service.
