Retail Assistant – Full Time

We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Wood Green, Haringey, Greater London. The position offers a permanent 39‑hour full‑time schedule, working a variety of shifts, 5 days per week (about 7 hours each day). Full‑time staff are expected to be fully flexible, including weekends.

Hours, Pay & Benefits

Hours: 39 hours across 5 days per week.
Pay: £10.10 – £12.31 per hour (based on age).

• Ages 16‑20: £10.10 per hour

Responsibilities

• Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
• Help customers find the items they are looking for.
• Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, offering help to pack and leaving a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
• Handle stock with care while working deliveries, quickly placing products into freezers and on shelves for customers to buy.
• Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.
