A leading law firm in London is seeking a restructuring Lawyer for a 12-month assignment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' PQE in transactional restructuring. This hybrid role requires working 2-3 days per week in the office, catering to both full-time and part-time commitments. Strong legal knowledge and interpersonal skills are essential. This position offers competitive compensation on a pro rata or daily rate basis.
Our client is a well-respected City law firm that is looking to bring a restructuring Lawyer into their ranked team for an assignment of 12 months in duration. The assignment will start in December or January in London, and will be well suited to mid-market restructuring Lawyers with upwards of 2 years' PQE.
The successful individual will become part of a dynamic, busy, and tight-knit team working on a range of mid-market, high quality work encompassing transactional, advisory, and contentious restructuring matters. The focus of the workload will be on transactional restructuring matters and can accommodate individuals who do not have contentious exposure.
Clients include entrepreneurial early-stage businesses and their investors, national and international brands, as well as established insolvency practitioners.
The successful individual will work closely with a Partner, with supervision on hand as required. The role focuses on transactional restructuring matters, with potential exposure to advisory and some contentious work.
The team operates on a hybrid basis, with 2-3 days per week required in their London office. The firm is open to considering individuals looking for a full time or part time commitment, and can engage individuals either on a pro rata annual salary or a daily rate (inside IR35).
