THE ROLE

We have a vacancy for a Restructuring Associate Solicitor NQ - 3 PQE to join the City office.

The post holder will be expected to handle a varied and high profile workload advising private investment management firms, corporates, and facility borrowers on cross-border and U.K. restructurings and insolvencies

The role will include;

• Assisting in the management and execution of restructuring and insolvency projects
• Conducting financial analysis and modelling to support restructuring initiatives
• Preparation of detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a NQ (or due to qualify in March 2026) - 3 PQE solicitor with experience in restructuring/insolvency with knowledge of cross-border and U.K. restructuring processes

You will have first rate academic record and professional experience, excellent analytical and financial modelling skills, capable of managing multiple projects
