Responsibilities

• Passion about hot beverages and great customer service
• Ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence.
• Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, duty of care to customers and colleagues and taking ownership of tasks.
• Ensure that staff are committed to their job roles to provide a consistent high-quality service.
• Controlling and managing stock
• Motivating a team.
• Ensure food is presented in an attractive manner throughout service.
• Ensure the best quality of hot drinks are provided and the offer continuously evolves
• Coffee bar experience a must
• Bar experience - desirable
• Wine bar experience - desirable
• Members club experience
• Must have a sense of ownership
• Great at working in a fast paced customer facing environment
