made in front of the guests. Providing a cozy and relaxed style dining option

for our Members, In House Guests and Spa Day Guests, while delivering a personalised service that enhances their visit.

The Role

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our restaurant, ensuring an outstanding experience for visiting members and guests.

  • Providing an efficient, welcoming, and professional level of service all times to our members and guests.
  • Taking orders and serve food and drinks, implementing steps of service consistently.
  • Completing and leading the team in all opening and closing checklist procedures.
  • Accurately processing payments, vouchers, events billing, and handle guest enquiries.
  • Supporting the Restaurant Manager in day to day activities, including shift organisation, stock ordering, staff training, reporting, and nightly cash up.
  • Ensuring the highest possible standards of neatness, cleanliness and organization is upheld by the team.
The Person
  • Great attention to detail, efficient and responsible, focused on guest-satisfaction and staff well-being.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a small team to deliver a seamless, memorable guest experience.
  • Immaculately presented with exceptional communication skills.
  • Contributing to the team atmosphere by having a positive and can‑do attitude.
  • Experienced in a relevant Supervisory position or 3+ years’ experience in a relevant Front of House position.
  • The desire to work in a luxurious, well‑established Estate and transition seamlessly to our operating standards.
Shift Pattern
  • 40 hour week, the ideal candidate will be flexible in working any 5 days out of 7.
  • The typical hours for this position may consist of : 07 : 30-17 : 00, 10 : 00-20 : 00 or 15 : 00-23 : 00.
