We are excited to announce that we have a rare 3 month fixed-term opportunity for an enthusiastic restaurant supervisor / service leader to join our Mason & Rye Restaurant in our Bracknell store!

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work in a bustling family-service restaurant and, unlike many roles in hospitality, our rolesdo not include late night workinggiving a much sought after work-life balance.

About the opportunity

As a service leader you will lead a team of waiters and waitresses and role model excellence in the restaurants; maximising sales and productivity whilst coordinating and coaching the team on a daily basis.

About the candidate

We look for warm and welcoming people, who are adaptable, courageous, innovative and goal orientated to join us on our exciting journey. As well as these key characteristics, this role also requires some specific skills and experience to succeed.

  • Previous restaurant experience in leading a team
  • Barista experience would be advantageous
  • Passionate about food with a flair for delivering excellent customer service
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Thrives in a fast paced, team orientated environment
