A prestigious country estate in the Yorkshire Dales is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the Terrace Restaurant team. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, developing team members, and maintaining high standards in food and beverage service. With excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, and strong business acumen, the ideal candidate will drive success across the operation. Up to £38,000 per annum DoE
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Terrace Restaurant team to ensure smooth operation and delivery of all food and beverage throughout our restaurant, bar, and country club. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, dedicated hosting and customer service skills, along with a good business acumen to drive success across the operation.
The Terrace serves contemporary food and drink, with a real ‘estate to plate’ focus. Our menus for both food and drinks emphasise seasonal and local produce inspired by the fruit, vegetables and herbs grown in the hotel’s four-acre walled garden.
