As Restaurant Manager of Yú Gé, a two AA Rosette Cantonese dining experience, you will lead the operation of our signature restaurant. Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage, you will take ownership of the restaurant’s service excellence, guest engagement, team culture and commercial performance.
