Zuma Cannes is hiring for the 2026 season and we are looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to join our seasonal team. If you’re currently based in London and ready for a season that blends high performance with high energy, this is the role for you. You’ll complete your training with our London leadership team before relocating to Cannes for the summer season.

This is a role for someone who thrives on pace, precision and unforgettable hospitality. Cannes moves fast, and the atmosphere is electric, you’ll be at the heart of it.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the rhythm of service across lunch and dinner, setting the pace and the standard every day
  • Lead a FOH team that performs at the highest level, disciplined, energetic, and obsessive about guest experience
  • Command the floor in a luxury, high-volume environment where precision matters and flow is everything
  • Coach, elevate, and inspire your team to deliver the true Zuma ethos; effortless sophistication, exceptional hospitality
  • Work seamlessly with Bar, BOH and Reservations, keeping communication tight and service smooth
  • Drive the season forward, shaping operations, planning ahead, and ensuring we’re always ready before the doors open
What We’re Looking For
  • Current/previous experience as Restaurant Manager or above in a premium or luxury environment
  • Strong leadership presence
  • Someone who loves the rhythm of busy service and knows how to elevate a guest’s experience
  • Ability to relocate for the summer season (accommodation provided)
