La Mia Mamma is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee operations, lead our team, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. Our concept delivers authentic Italian regional cuisine, prepared and served by real Italian mammas flown in directly from Italy.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations and ensure the highest standards of service.
  • Lead, motivate, and train the team to create a cohesive and effective workforce.
  • Manage staff schedules and handle recruitment as needed.
  • Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and implementing improvements.
