Overview

As Restaurant Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their dining dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for the business performance of the Brasserie and Bars
  • Analyse and plan hospitality sales levels and profitability
  • Organise marketing activities, such as promotional events and offer schemes
  • Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales
  • Create and execute plans for department sales, profit, and staff development
  • Set budgets or agree them with senior hospitality management
  • Plan and coordinate menus, working closely with the head chef
  • Coordinate the operation of the Brasserie ensuring that kitchen, bar and waiting staff are working as a team
  • Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff
  • Respond to customer queries and complaints
  • Meet and greet customers, organise table reservations and offer advice about menu and wine choices
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
  • Check stock levels, order supplies and prepare for the weeks ahead
  • Comply with licensing laws and other legal requirements
  • Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
  • Flexibility is a must; customer service can't wait during weekends and evenings
Qualifications
  • You will ideally have a successful high end bar and restaurant background with proven experience supervising teams.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the food and beverage industry, especially cocktails (mixologist is a plus).
  • Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
  • Passion for beverage and keeping up to date with latest wines and liquors.
