Restaurant Manager – Michelin Starred Restaurant, Berkshire

Salary package up to £30k

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join this Michelin Starred restaurant.

About the Hotel

This beautiful hotel sits in 240 acres of picturesque parkland, an equestrian centre, polo fields, kids club and plenty of outdoor pursuits, this hotel has more than enough to keep even the most active guest entertained. The restaurant was proudly awarded the Michelin star of excellence and showcases a modern outlook on classic British dishes with stunning views across the terrace.

For a more relaxed and rustic dining experience where muddy boots are most welcome there is also a 2AA Rosette restaurant which offers a delicious brasserie‑style menu of comfort food in an informal setting.

Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of this Michelin‑starred restaurant and work closely with the executive head chef to deliver and exceed the expectations of guests. You will run, look after and make decisions in the operation and running of a 5‑star luxury Michelin‑starred restaurant. You will also manage and lead a team of food and wine professionals. You will ensure that all procedures and day‑to‑day performances comply with legislative and hotel guidelines (e.g., Health & Safety, food handling and hygiene legislation; good HK practice; F&B linen and uniform care).
