Restaurant General Manager – Trafford Centre (Onsite)
£43,000 Basic + Bonus; Salary Top‑Up (OTE £45,000)

Hours: 45 hours per week on a rota basis (5 working days per week, 2 days off).

You’ll optimise workflows, manage stock, keep costs in check without compromising quality, and ensure health, safety, and licensing standards are met.
From handling customer feedback to training and retaining a motivated team, you will work closely with senior management to hit company targets.
