Job summary

A UK-based charity for film education seeks a Resources Co-ordinator to produce high-quality educational resources. Located in Belfast with hybrid working arrangements, the successful candidate will manage resource development, evaluate project outcomes, and collaborate with various stakeholders. Candidates must have teaching experience in the UK, as well as expertise in resource creation related to film. Strong communication and project management skills are required. This full-time fixed-term contract offers a salary between £28,000 - £35,500.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years' experience of teaching in the UK.
  • Experience of creating resources which include moving image/film.
  • Knowledge of the educational landscape across all four UK nations.
  • Demonstrable creativity and commitment to making resources interesting.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Produce high‑quality resources for educators and young people.
  • Project-manage the resource process.
  • Contribute to the development of courses for educators.
  • Evaluate resources through surveys and focus groups.
  • Complete administrative tasks including uploading resources.
