Job summary

A primary education provider is seeking an Interim Resource Base Manager to deliver high-quality teaching and targeted support for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. The successful candidate will work across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, utilizing trauma-informed methods to foster an inclusive learning environment. This 5-day on-site role requires a compassionate and organised teacher with experience in special educational needs and effective lesson delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience working with pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
• Ability to implement trauma-informed teaching methods.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach and support pupils within a specialist SEMH Resource Base.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with EYFS and KS1-KS2 curricula.
