Job summary

A primary education provider is seeking an Interim Resource Base Manager to deliver high-quality teaching and targeted support for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. The successful candidate will work across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, utilizing trauma-informed methods to foster an inclusive learning environment. This 5-day on-site role requires a compassionate and organised teacher with experience in special educational needs and effective lesson delivery.

Qualifications

Role Summary:
Seeking a highly organised, motivated and compassionate teacher to support pupils within a specialist Resource Base provision. This interim role involves working with children across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, delivering high-quality teaching and targeted SEMH support to meet a wide range of individual needs.
Responsibilities:

  • Teach and support pupils within a specialist SEMH Resource Base
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with EYFS and KS1-KS2 curricula
  • Implement trauma-informed approaches to support emotional regulation and wellbeing.
