Salary: Up to £28,650.00 per annum + £46.01 per sleep-in
Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts including earlies, lates, doubles, and sleep-ins

As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll be a vital part of a team supporting young people who have experienced trauma. Your role will be dynamic, challenging, and deeply rewarding. You’ll be responsible for:
Brambles House is a warm and welcoming 2‑bed children’s home located in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. Nestled within a quiet residential area, the home offers a safe and nurturing environment for young people aged 12 to 18 with emotional and behavioural needs.
Working in close partnership with the local authority, Brambles House is committed to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care. The home is designed to feel just that - a home. With comfortable living spaces, a supportive staff team, and access to local amenities, it provides the stability and structure young people need to thrive.
