A local healthcare provider in Exeter is seeking a Residential Team Leader for Children's Homes. This rewarding role involves supervising shifts, supporting children, and enhancing their life experiences. Applicants should have a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and experience with children with complex needs. A driving license is essential. Competitive salary starting from £30,518 up to £33,699 annually plus enhancements.

Our Childrens Homes are registered with Ofsted and provide support for children and young people with complex needs, ensuring their line individual care plans and needs are met.
The ethos of the service is to provide children with a home-from-home experience and enhance and promote their life experiencesand independence.You'll also be helping them to prepare for the next stage of their life.
Pay and enhancements:
37 hours per week plus enhancements (up to £4,000 per year)
We work on a 3 shift per 24 hours basis (AM/PM/Nights or sleep ins) and our homes are open up to 365 days a year.
