Due to increased business levels, our clients, a well-established independent Surveying practice, are looking to recruit a Residential Surveyor in the West Midlands to join their team.

Working Hours:

• Full-time or Part-time (Minimum 3-day week)
• Remote / work-from-home basis

Our client is offering a successful Residential Surveyor:

• Basic salary ranging from £45,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience)

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:

• Carry out level 2 Surveys (Essential) and Level 3 surveys (Desirable)
• Produce accurate property reports using market leading iPad technology
• Meeting personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit
• Attend quarterly meetings at head office
• Expert Witness Valuations (desirable)
• Probate Valuations (desirable)

Requirements for Residential Surveyor role:

• Experience as a practising Surveyor
• RICS Membership (Assoc RICS or MRICS)
