Overview

Job Title: Residential Surveyor

Location: Stoke (ST)

SDL Surveying is expanding its team of Residential Surveyors as the largest independent provider of mortgage valuation and residential surveying services. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and long-term success for both our clients and employees.

Role Overview

Our team of RICS accredited Residential Surveyors provide high-quality valuations for lending purposes and private home surveys using market-leading iPad technology. You will manage your workload to ensure reports are delivered on time and to the highest standards, adapt to changing business needs, and introduce new inspection techniques to enhance service delivery. In this role, you will act as an ambassador when visiting properties and foster strong relationships with residents.
