• Undertake survey and valuation work to support mortgage valuations and property assessments as part of our service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Residential surveying, inclusive of Mortgage Valuations and RICS Home Surveys Level 1, 2 & 3.
• Detailed knowledge of building construction and pathology.
• Strong performance and risk awareness within a regulatory environment.
• Association, Member or Fellow of the RICS (Associate, Member or Fellow).
