As a Support Worker, you'll provide encouragement, understanding, and patience to help our young people progress and thrive. You'll be working closely with both our Care Management Team and external agencies, maintaining accurate daily logs and reports to ensure the best care possible. Your role will involve a blend of long and short shifts, with opportunities for flexibility. Shift Patterns: We offer a range of flexible shift options, including both days and nights. Flexibility is key, as our clients' needs may require a mix of shift types.
