About the Role

As a Residential Real Estate Solicitor, you will:

• Advise on and manage a variety of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages
• Support clients on new home / plot sales and leasehold matters
• Deliver pragmatic, client-focused advice to a high-quality client base
• Build your expertise across complex residential property matters in a supportive team environment

Candidate Profile

• Qualified solicitor with 3–5 years PQE in residential real estate / conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property law
• Excellent client care skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Ability to manage your own caseload and work collaboratively in a team
• Some experience of new build conveyancing would be helpful.
