Residential Conveyancer / Licensed Conveyancer
Location: Thame, Oxfordshire
Salary: £40,000 -£60,000 + Benefits About the Role: QED Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner / Licensed Conveyancer to join a highly respected law firm in Buckinghamshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Residential Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, or Legal Executive with 2-5 years of case handling experience to join a supportive and friendly residential property team.

What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, which may include:

  • Sales & Purchases

  • Leaseholds & Freeholds

  • Remortgages

  • Transfers of Equity

What We’re Looking For:
  • 2-5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing case handling

  • Ability to manage a varied caseload independently

  • Strong communication and client care skills

  • A team player who enjoys working in a supportive environment
