PQE: 5+ PQE
Location: Essex
Salary: Circa £45k plus (DOE)
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a growing practice where you can see your career flourish. As a key member of the Residential Property team, you will handle a full and varied caseload from initial instruction through to completion of freehold and leasehold transactions, including sales, purchases, re‑mortgages, and transfers of equity. You’ll enjoy autonomy in your work while being fully supported by a collaborative team and leadership committed to your success.
You will have a minimum of 5 years PQE in all aspects residential conveyancing and proven technical expertise in handling freehold and leaselease property transactions. A client‑focused approach with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as deliver high quality legal services.
