A long-established and well-regarded firm in East Sussex is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor to join its growing conveyancing department.

The Role

You will manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• Lease extensions, shared ownership, and new builds
• Help-to-buy and other scheme-based transactions
• Managing files from instruction through to post-completion
