This highly ranked team specialises in:

  • Residential and mixed-use development site set-up
  • Infrastructure arrangements
  • Open market and shared ownership plot sales
  • The full lifecycle of shared ownership properties

The client base is second to none and you can expect to work with national housebuilders, local and regional developers, housing associations, and local authorities.

The successful candidate will play a hands-on position with plenty of variety and scope to grow. You’ll:

  • Handle a broad range of home sales matters from start to finish
  • Develop technical skills and client management expertise
  • Mentor and supervise junior colleagues
  • Play an active role in business development and client relationship building

Candidate Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ post-qualification experience in property law, ideally from a leading property practice
  • Strong technical expertise
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • A team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
