Job Summary

Manchester based, family office has need for an experienced and entrepreneurial residential property manager to support the principal of the business.

• This role offers real variety, including;
• Assisting in the management of properties in the portfolio (residential)
• Assisting in the management of ongoing projects
• Liaising with accountants, lawyers, and other professionals, when required
• Maintain records on rent received, tenants, bills etc.
• Ad-hoc project work (research, contact finding, document preparation)
• General administrative duties (mail, errands, appointment setting, bookings).

The role is predominantly home based (Manchester) and requires someone who is a problems solver, who is proactive, hardworking, flexible and an exceptional communicator.

Salary circa £30-£40,000 dependent upon experience.
