Overview
Our client requires a legal secretary with experience in residential property law and conveyancing procedures to join their extremely buoyant property team. A minimum of twelve month’s experience within another law firm is expected.
Responsibilities
- Diary management
- Handling fee-earner correspondence
- Conveyancing procedures (opening files, land registry searches, exchanges, post-completion formalities)
- Strong organisational skills
- Confident telephone manner, liaising with clients regarding updates
Qualifications
- Minimum twelve month’s experience in another law firm (residential property/conveyancing)
