Residential Property Lawyer - Somerset
Our client are a highly regarded multi practice office with a strong presence in the Somerset market who are seeking an experienced a Residential Property Lawyer to bolster their thriving team in Frome.
To be considered you will be either a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of five years' experience in residential property law.
The role will involve independently handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion. You will be expected to handle a busy caseload of a broad mix of residential conveyancing matters, including but not limited to, sales and purchases, shared ownership and help-to-buy transactions.
The ideal candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate proven experience of working as part of a conveyancing team. You will have strong technical expertise and exceptional client skills.
Candidates wishing to work either full or part time will be considered.
