Residential Property Lawyer – Sidmouth

Our client, a Legal 500 rated firm, is currently seeking a residential property lawyer to join their highly regarded and successful team and to be based in their Sidmouth office.

This is a great opportunity to join an established and well respected law firm who are one of the largest legal practices in the South West, with offices based across a number of locations in Devon.

To be considered you will be either a solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with solid experience in residential property law. Due to the growth within the team the firm are open to considering applications from candidates of all levels ranging from those newly qualified to more senior lawyers seeking a career move.

Responsibilities
  • Independently handle a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion.
  • Handle a busy caseload of a broad mix of residential conveyancing matters, including but not limited to sales and purchases, shared ownership and help‑to‑buy transactions.
Qualifications
  • Solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with proven experience in residential property law.
  • Strong technical expertise and exceptional client skills, able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working as part of a conveyancing team and proven ability to manage a busy caseload.
