THE ROLE:

As the appointed Residential Conveyancer you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion, while providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior colleagues. In addition, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Residential Property to support the department’s continued growth and long-term success.

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years PQE in dealing with the full range of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold and leasehold as well as transfer of equity. Solicitor who has completed majority of their training seats in residential property. As the chosen Residential Property Lawyer you will be managing your own caseload of matters from initial instruction through to completion.
