• Procure and manage utilities and services.
• Discharge planning and building regulation conditions.
• Validate conveyance plans and easements.
• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies.
• Control and issue site information and drawings.
• Collaborate with the Commercial department.
• Support site and land/sales teams.
