The Candidate

• Ideally 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
• Ability to work independently and handle high-volume residential conveyancing cases
• Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills for client updates and liaising with solicitors and estate agents
• Ability to work independently with paralegal support, as part of a team with other conveyancers

Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Hours: 9am - 5:30pm, flexible working, with at least 3 days in the office
• Parking: Free on-site
• Salary: Circa £60,000 + bonus (dependent on experience and qualifications)
• Holidays: Standard plus additional bank holidays
