Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (1-5 years')

A leading Scottish law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its highly regarded team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor looking to develop their career within a dynamic and supportive environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including purchases, sales, re-mortgages, transfers of title and discharges. You will be expected to provide expert legal advice, draft and review documentation and maintain strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions with efficiency and accuracy
  • Conducting title examinations and ensuring all legal requirements are met
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with existing referrers and identifying new business opportunities
  • Delivering a high standard of client service, ensuring regular communication and support
  • Assisting junior team members, offering guidance and mentorship where required
