Overview:

  • You will manage a diverse caseload of bridging finance and short-term lending transactions.
  • Responsibilities include preparing and negotiating facility agreements, security documents, and related ancillary documentation.
  • The appointed solicitor will provide strategic legal advice to lenders, brokers, and borrowers, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Applications are welcome from candidates at any PQE level, provided you have at least some exposure to bridging.
  • Commercial property experience is also beneficial.
  • Remote working will be considered after 2 months in the role.
  • Experience with the LEAP case management system is required.
