  • Support fee earners in residential property matters.
  • Manage client files from opening to post-completion.
  • Liaise with clients, agents, and third parties professionally.
  • Assist with pre- and post-completion formalities.
  • Complete SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.
  • Maintain high document standards using case management systems.
  • Support wider administrative activities as needed.
