A highly respected, full-service law firm with offices across Liverpool and the wider Merseyside region is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team. You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish, supported by a dedicated legal assistant / paralegal. The work is mixed and varied, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgage
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Re‑mortgages with complex structures
