They are looking for a further solicitor, conveyancer or legal executive to join their dynamic property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a varied and high-quality caseload while working alongside dedicated professionals in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds.
• Provide clear legal advice and maintain proactive communication with clients and third parties to ensure smooth transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current legislation, SRA, AML regulations, and firm policies.
• Resolve conveyancing issues efficiently and support team collaboration, offering guidance where needed.
• Stay up to date with legal developments and contribute to business development to grow the practice

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
