Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience (or equivalent) in residential conveyancing.
• Experience in business development or marketing is desirable.
• Supervisory experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 50+ residential property matters.
• Deal with sales, purchases, lease extensions, transfers, and mortgages.
• Liaise with clients, referrers, agents, and colleagues.

Who we’re looking for

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx with 2–5 years’ experience (or equivalent)
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property matters
• Confident managing a caseload independently from instruction to completion
• Great communication and client care skills
• Experience in business development or marketing (Desirable)
• Familiarity with case management systems
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
• Supervisory experience (desirable, not essential)

What you’ll be doing

• Manage a caseload of 50+ residential property matters
• Deal with sales, purchases, lease extensions, transfers, mortgages, and high‑value matters
• Work closely with an assistant for admin and file support
• Liaise with clients, referrers, agents and colleagues across four North West offices
• Contribute to business development and marketing activities
• Potential to support or supervise junior colleagues as the team grows
