Overview

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER - LOCUM, WEST MIDLANDS, 3+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE, £35-£50 PER HOUR. A skilled conveyancing locum is needed to support a busy legal department, with an immediate start and cover required through to the end of December. Job Ref: 1020

Responsibilities
  • Handle freehold and leasehold transactions, primarily focusing on managing part exchange buy-ins and resales, with occasional involvement in new build transactions.
  • Ensure matters are handled appropriately by liaising with clients, external agencies, and other legal professionals.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • At least 3 years in a similar role with proven ability to manage a full caseload independently.
  • Experience handling both freehold and leasehold transactions; focus on part exchange buy-ins and resales; occasional involvement in new build transactions.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently, confidently managing all correspondence and documentation with minimal administrative support.
