Residential Conveyancer (Locum), 3+ years experience, East Sussex, c. £45 per hour, holiday cover.

OVERVIEW:

1. The appointed conveyancer will be well-equipped to handle a busy conveyancing caseload consisting of sales and purchases, freehold, leasehold, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership.
2. You will be a seasoned locum conveyancer with at least 3 years of experience dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing matters.
3. As an experienced locum, you will be able to progress the existing caseload and hit the ground running.
4. This role will be accompanied by assistant support.
5. Fully office-based for the duration of the assignment.
6. The role is to cover various annual leave dates.
