Job summary
A legal recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer locum to join a busy legal team in Suffolk. This role requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience handling freehold and leasehold transactions, with a focus on part exchange buy ins and resales. OVERVIEW:
•This role is ideal for an immediately available locum with experience, handling both freehold and leasehold transactions
•This Suffolk based role will focus primarily on managing part exchange buy ins and resales, with occasional involvement in new build transactions
•Applications are open to experienced locums with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
•Experience handling a full caseload independently

•The successful candidate will be organised, proactive, and able to work independently
